Our focus and expertise is in the design, implementation and administration of comprehensive Employee Benefits programs. Founded in 1995, EBAC has consistently expanded its client base with companies from two to 10,000 employees. Our client retention is superb - over 98% - which we humbly present as our measure of success. In fact, most of our new clients come to us as referrals from our existing customers. About our Founder, Kevin Towery: Kevin has over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field. Prior to establishing EBAC in 1995, he worked for two major insurance carriers. Kevin’s emphasis was on large, self-funded plans which required the evaluation of multiple managed care networks, in-depth research and analysis of each client’s claims. His experience with the carriers enabled him to form EBAC, where he could focus his expertise and creative plan designs on helping his customers control healthcare costs. Kevin also gained invaluable experience between 2003 and 2005 by acting as CEO for a large Pharmacy Benefits Consulting firm while also managing and directing EBAC’s business. His proficiency in all facets of the healthcare business allows EBAC to be on the cutting edge of the employee benefits brokerage and consulting field.
