Cafeteria
Plans
Section
125 of the Internal Revenue Code permits an employer to establish
a plan allowing employees to pay for certain expenses on a pretax
basis. Expenses may include such items as group insurance premiums,
dependent care, and medical reimbursement coverage.

The contributions made by an employee through salary reduction are
